Stewardship One Classes

Stewardship One classes will continue to be held as one day Educationals out of our various Membership Centres across the Region. At any time we will be more than happy to add additional Steward One Classes for, Units, Locals or groups of Locals within a service area who have more than 18 signed up members willing to participate.  The planned dates are;

February 25^th Brockville, Kingston, Ottawa and Belleville

June 16^th      Brockville, Kingston, Ottawa and Pembroke

September 22^nd Brockville, Kingston, Ottawa, plus an additional Ottawa area French Language Class

Completing Stewardship One is a prerequisite for participating in the full weekend Educationals

2012 Weekend Educationals

This year we are planning only two full weekend Educationals, likely with 6, or perhaps even 7 classes on offer in each. The Treasurers course will be on offer at least once. Other than that, courses have not yet been set pending the results of an online electronic survey which you will receive shortly requesting input from LEC members on which classes they would most like to have the opportunity of participating in. Dates for the Regional Educational Weekends are as follows;

May 5^th and 6^th

October 20 and 21^st.

Retirees Seminar

For the past 4 years the Region has been hosting an annual Retirees Seminar in Brockville for those members (and their spouses, if applicable) who are nearing retirement and who wish to gain some insight on planning for that time. If you are interested please contact either Chris or I (Dave) so that we can determine demand.
